  • Benchmarking: We provide details on what other enterprises are paying for similar services with similar vendors in similar locations. This eliminates ‘information asymmetry’ that allows carriers to charge one client considerably more than another for the same services.
  • Negotiations Support: We deliver knowledge of the impact of esoteric telecom Terms & Conditions, which can affect the total cost of service considerably. With Negotiations Support, we offer insight, review carrier offers, analyze for competitiveness and best terms, and provide suggested responses while our clients remain the primary point of contact for its vendors.
  • Full Sourcing: We provide a complete sourcing service, from initiation up to selected vendor signatures. You can be as involved as you’d like with Full Sourcing—engage in meetings and analytics or simply act as an Executive Sponsor. Full sourcing can also be conducted as an RFP effort completed by Axiom on your behalf.
